Lay’s is launching 5 new holiday chip flavors, including chocolate-covered potato chips

Lay’s is bringing the flavors of the holiday dinner table to the snack aisle with five new limited-edition potato chip varieties, including roasted turkey, maple bacon and chocolate-covered chips.

The snack brand announced its new “Holi-LAY’S” collection on Monday, Oct. 19, with flavors inspired by traditional holiday dishes and sweet treats. The chips will roll out at stores nationwide and select retailers between late October and December.

The five new flavors include three savory options inspired by holiday meals and two sweet varieties featuring chocolate.

• Cheddar Scalloped-Style Potatoes: Inspired by the creamy, cheesy side dish, these chips aim to deliver a savory cheddar flavor.
• Roasted Holiday Turkey: These chips feature roasted turkey and rich gravy flavors.
• Maple Bacon: A combination of sweet maple and smoky bacon flavors.
• Wavy Milk Chocolate: Wavy potato chips covered in milk chocolate for a sweet-and-salty combination.
• Wavy Dubai-Style Dark Chocolate: Potato chips coated in dark chocolate with pistachios, inspired by the popular Dubai-style chocolate trend.

The new flavors will arrive in phases throughout the holiday season.

Lay’s Cheddar Scalloped-Style Potatoes and Roasted Holiday Turkey chips are scheduled to hit shelves nationwide beginning Oct. 25.

The Maple Bacon flavor will make its U.S. debut beginning Nov. 8.

For those looking for a sweeter snack, Lay’s Wavy Milk Chocolate and Wavy Dubai-Style Dark Chocolate covered potato chips are scheduled to begin appearing at select retailers Dec. 1, with availability expanding in 2027. All five flavors are limited-time offerings.

The company is also launching the Happy Holi-LAY’S Sweepstakes on Oct. 26.

Fans can scan the code on qualifying Lay’s bags or visit HappyHoli-Lays.com to enter for a chance to win holiday-themed prizes, including branded chip bowls, a charcuterie set, a holiday sweater, a multicooker and a Lay’s collaboration with Le Creuset featuring a signature oval casserole dish.
